Families package

The Government has introduced a Bill to provide more assistance to families into parliament today. The Bill proposes a range of changes including to Working for Families and the Family Tax Credit. It also introduces a Best Start payment for families with young children, reinstates the Independent Earner Tax Credit and repeals planned tax cuts.
